The son was evidently hitting the ball, having it go several feet, picking it up bringing it back to the tee and doing it again. The people behind them weren't happy. One of the players was also a volunteer and went up to tell the guy to please try to speed things up a bit. The man was irate. I watched him at the last hole and of course the kid was hitting the ball a few feet, picking it up etc.) When I drove by he let me have it and also he waited for that to finish then started to berate the guy in front on the course manager and his 8 year old son. What a great role model. I know the volunteer and he would never raise his voice of do anything untoward. It takes all kinds.
